The Private Consultation Every move begins with a thoughtful consultation to understand your timeline, priorities, current space, destination, and overall moving needs. We assess what needs to be sorted, packed, transported, unpacked, or organized so we can create a personalized move management plan designed to make your transition as seamless as possible. The 60-minute consultation investment is $150 and is fully credited toward your selected service upon booking. The Preparation Following your consultation, we develop a customized project plan outlining the scope, priorities, timeline, and recommended approach for your move. This phase may include coordinating with movers, identifying packing needs, creating room-by-room plans, and establishing an organization strategy for your new space. The Edit Before packing begins, we thoughtfully sort, categorize, and refine your belongings to determine what will move with you, what may be donated, discarded, or otherwise removed. This allows you to begin your next chapter with only the items that are useful, meaningful, or intended for your new space. The Move Plan A detailed transition plan is created to bring greater structure and efficiency to your move. This may include packing strategies, labeling systems, room assignments, inventory organization, and coordination with moving and delivery professionals. The Packing & Transition Your belongings are thoughtfully prepared for the move with intentional packing, labeling, and organization designed to make unpacking and settling in easier. When applicable, we coordinate with trusted movers, packers, and delivery professionals to help keep the transition moving smoothly. The Unpacking & Organization Once you arrive at your new space, we help unpack, place, and organize your belongings according to the established plan. Each area is thoughtfully arranged to create functional systems and help your new home feel settled, comfortable, and ready to enjoy. The Final Reveal Your new space is intentionally organized and thoughtfully arranged so you can settle in with less stress and greater ease. The goal is to leave you with a home that feels functional, organized, and truly ready for everyday life. The Experience Move management with Luxury and Bliss® is designed to take the overwhelm out of transitioning from one space to another. With thoughtful planning, hands-on organization, and professional coordination, we help manage the details of your move so you can focus on settling into your next chapter with confidence. Service Details & Project Logistics Cleaning Coordination Deep cleaning is not included in move management services. However, Luxury and Bliss® may coordinate trusted cleaning professionals before or after the move when needed to prepare your current or new space. Cleaning services are billed separately by the trusted cleaning professional and vary based on project size and condition. Packing & Unpacking Support Packing and unpacking services may be included depending on the selected service. We thoughtfully organize belongings throughout the process to make the transition as efficient and manageable as possible. Moving & Delivery Coordination Luxury and Bliss® does not provide moving, transportation, or heavy lifting services directly. However, we may coordinate with trusted movers, delivery teams, and other relocation professionals to support the moving process. All third-party services are independently contracted and billed directly by the provider unless otherwise stated. Sourcing & Organization Products We may recommend and source organizational products such as bins, baskets, hangers, labels, drawer organizers, and storage solutions to help establish functional systems in your new space. All product purchases are client-funded and require approval prior to ordering. Donation & Removal Coordination When applicable, we can assist with coordinating donations, unwanted-item removal, and other appropriate transition services. Third-party removal and donation-related services may be billed separately. Professional Coordination Luxury and Bliss® may coordinate with trusted professionals such as movers, cleaners, packers, handypersons, delivery teams, and other service providers when additional support is needed. Service Scope Luxury and Bliss® provides professional move management, organizing, unpacking, and transition support. We do not provide moving transportation, licensed trade services, construction, remodeling, or other specialized services outside the agreed-upon scope.
