From thoughtfully sourcing furnishings and décor to the final styling of every room, every detail is intentionally curated to create a polished, welcoming environment that looks beautiful, functions seamlessly, and leaves a lasting impression.

THE PROCESS
The Private Consultation Every project begins with a thoughtful consultation to understand your space, target audience, brand vision, and goals. Whether you're preparing a new short-term or mid-term rental, refreshing an existing property, furnishing corporate housing, or elevating a commercial environment, we evaluate the space and develop a decorating strategy designed to create a beautiful, welcoming, and memorable experience. The 60-minute consultation investment is $150 and is fully credited toward your selected decorating service upon booking. The Preparation Following your consultation, we assess your space's needs, establish the decorating direction, define furnishing priorities, and create a customized plan that aligns with your budget, timeline, intended use, audience, and overall aesthetic. The Design Direction A cohesive decorating concept is thoughtfully developed to guide every decision throughout the project. From color palettes and furniture layouts to décor, textures, and finishing touches, every element is selected to create a comfortable, inviting, and elevated environment that reflects the purpose and personality of the space. The Curated Sourcing Phase Furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork, textiles, decorative accessories, kitchen essentials, and other functional or finishing elements are carefully selected based on your approved decorating plan. Every selection balances beauty, comfort, durability, and functionality while remaining aligned with your approved project budget. Product and furnishing costs are billed separately and require client approval prior to ordering. The Installation & Styling Once furnishings arrive, every room is professionally arranged with intentional furniture placement, layered textiles, artwork, lighting, decorative accessories, and functional finishing touches to create a polished, cohesive, and welcoming environment. The Final Reveal Before project completion, every detail is carefully reviewed to ensure the space is beautifully presented, thoughtfully appointed, and ready to serve its intended purpose—whether welcoming guests, supporting your business, or creating an elevated experience for clients, customers, and visitors. The Experience Luxury and Bliss® provides a confidential, personalized decorating experience designed to help your space leave a lasting impression. Every project is approached with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating beautiful environments where people feel comfortable, inspired, and welcome. Service Details & Project Logistics Cleaning Coordination Professional cleaning services are not included. However, Luxury and Bliss® may coordinate trusted cleaning professionals before installation or following project completion when appropriate. Cleaning services are billed separately by the trusted cleaning professional and vary based on the property's size and condition. Delivery & Installation Coordination Luxury and Bliss® coordinates furniture deliveries and works alongside trusted delivery teams and installation professionals to ensure furnishings are placed according to the approved decorating plan. Large-scale construction, electrical work, mounted fixtures, plumbing, or carpentry services are not performed by Luxury and Bliss® and are contracted separately with licensed professionals. Sourcing & Product Procurement Furniture, décor, artwork, textiles, bedding, kitchen accessories, decorative accents, and other furnishings are thoughtfully curated to complement the property's style, intended use, and overall experience. All furnishings and products are client-funded and require approval before purchasing. Product availability and shipping timelines may affect project scheduling. Professional Coordination When additional services are needed, Luxury and Bliss® collaborates with a trusted network of painters, installers, cleaners, handypersons, photographers, and other professionals to help prepare and complete the space. All third-party services are independently contracted and billed directly by the provider. Service Scope Luxury and Bliss® provides professional interior decorating and styling services exclusively. We do not provide licensed interior design, architectural services, remodeling, construction, engineering, permitting, or technical design documentation. Our focus is creating thoughtfully decorated residential and commercial spaces—including short-term rentals, mid-term rentals, corporate housing, offices, and other business environments—through beauty, comfort, functionality, and intentional styling.
