Whether you're preparing your home for the season or creating a festive environment for your Airbnb or short-term rental, we assess the space and establish a clear direction for the holiday décor. The 60-minute consultation investment is $100 and is fully credited toward your selected holiday decorating service upon booking. The Preparation Following your consultation, we develop your holiday decorating concept, identify sourcing priorities, and create a tailored plan based on your space, budget, timeline, and desired aesthetic. The Holiday Concept A cohesive seasonal decorating concept is thoughtfully developed to establish the overall look and feel of your holiday environment. This may include color palette, décor style, greenery, statement pieces, and other seasonal elements selected to complement your space. The Curated Sourcing Phase Seasonal décor, greenery, wreaths, garlands, ornaments, tabletop décor, statement pieces, and decorative accents are thoughtfully selected based on your approved holiday concept. Every selection is curated to create a cohesive, elevated presentation while remaining aligned with your approved project budget. Approved seasonal selections require upfront client funding before ordering or procurement is initiated by our team. All physical products and decor materials are subject to applicable state sales tax, shipping fees, and handling charges. The Installation & Styling Once all approved décor has been received, we bring the holiday concept to life through intentional placement, layering, and styling. Each space is thoughtfully arranged to create visual balance, warmth, and a beautifully finished seasonal presentation. The Holiday Reveal Every detail is carefully reviewed and refined to ensure your space is beautifully decorated, cohesive, and ready to welcome the holiday season. The Experience Your holiday decorating experience is designed to feel seamless, thoughtful, and enjoyable from start to finish. From the initial concept and curated sourcing to installation and final styling, every detail is handled with care and attention to create a festive environment that feels elevated, welcoming, and memorable. Service Details & Project Logistics Cleaning Coordination Professional cleaning services are not included in holiday decorating services. A clean and prepared environment is recommended before installation to ensure the best possible styling results. When appropriate, Luxury and Bliss® may coordinate with assigned professional cleaners, upon your approval before installation. Cleaning services are billed separately. Delivery & Installation Coordination Luxury and Bliss® coordinates the delivery and installation of approved holiday décor and works alongside trusted delivery and installation professionals when needed. Specialized services such as electrical work, structural modifications, carpentry, or other licensed trade services are not performed by Luxury and Bliss® and must be contracted separately with qualified professionals. Height & Safety Limitations For the safety of our professionals, our holiday decorating scope is strictly limited to indoor spaces and easily accessible ground-level entryways. We do not provide rooftop light installation, tree styling requiring commercial scaffolding, or any tasks requiring ladders higher than a standard two-step stool. Sourcing & Product Procurement Holiday décor and seasonal furnishings are thoughtfully curated to complement your space and approved decorating concept. All purchases are client-funded and require approval prior to ordering. Product availability, shipping times, seasonal demand, and vendor lead times may affect project scheduling. Professional Coordination When additional services are needed, Luxury and Bliss® may collaborate with trusted professionals such as installers, florists, lighting specialists, cleaners, and other seasonal service providers to support the completion of your holiday decorating project. All third-party services are independently contracted and billed directly by the provider. Post-season take-down and packing services are subject to limited seasonal availability and must be scheduled concurrently with your initial booking. Take-down services are executed on a first-come, first-served block basis between January 2nd and January 15th. Service Scope Luxury and Bliss® provides professional holiday decorating and styling services for residential, Airbnb, and short-term rental spaces. Our services focus on the creative curation, sourcing, installation, and styling of seasonal décor. We do not provide electrical work, construction, remodeling, structural modifications, architectural services, or other licensed trade services. Our goal is to transform your home or business into a beautifully curated holiday environment that feels festive, sophisticated, warm, and inviting.
