A: No, you do not need to be home. Most of our local families prefer to give us a garage code, smart lock PIN, or leave a key in a secure spot. You can go about your day and return to a fresh, beautifully polished space.
Q: Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
A: Absolutely! Standard cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by Luxury and Bliss® unless otherwise specified.
To keep things as hygienic as possible and eliminate the risk of cross-contamination between homes, we encourage our clients to provide the main cleaning products and equipment used in their space (such as a vacuum, mop, bucket, and any specific cleaners you prefer).
We bring our own fresh, professional microfiber towels, dusters, and select eco-friendly solutions. If you have favorite products you prefer for special surfaces like hardwood or natural stone, we are always happy to use them!
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
