Last-Minute Errand Runs Errand runs are subject to courier availability, distance limits, and pre-approved client billing. 6. Light Rental Maintenance Minor property-related tasks such as replacing smart-lock batteries, and tightening easily accessible cabinet hardware, or reporting minor aesthetic wear that requires a specialized handyman or contractor. 7. Linen & Towel Service Professionally washed, dried, folded, and beautifully staged sheets, towels, and other approved linens. ** On-site linen services are dependent on working property appliances and adequate turnover time limits.** 8. Includes vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning tubs, showers, and toilets, removing hair, taking out trash, washing and putting away dishes, and ensuring the property is fresh and guest-ready. Service Limitations & Exclusions 11. Weight & Height Safety: For the safety of our team, we do not move furniture or items weighing over 35 lbs, and we do not clean areas requiring ladders higher than a standard two-step stool. 12. Biohazards: We do not handle severe hoarding conditions, mold remediation, or animal/human bodily waste. 13. Property & Guest Liability: While we provide thorough property condition reporting and photos, Luxury and Bliss is not liable for existing structural defects, property theft, or damage inflicted by short-term rental guests.
