Quotes are based on the property's size, condition, service scope, and requested cleaning needs. **Access & Preparation** Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled service time. For move-out cleanings, the space should be free of personal belongings and moving debris unless otherwise agreed upon. **Cleaning Scope** Services are performed according to the selected cleaning package and agreed-upon scope. Additional services or requests outside the original scope may require an adjusted quote. **Supplies & Equipment** Standard cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by Luxury and Bliss® unless otherwise specified. **Additional Cleaning Needs** Properties requiring excessive cleaning, heavy buildup, significant debris removal, or services beyond the agreed-upon scope may require additional time and fees, subject to client approval. **Service Scope** Luxury and Bliss® provides professional move-in and move-out cleaning services.
