For Airbnb and vacation rental properties, we also consider guest experience, functionality, durability, and the property's visual appeal. The Design Direction A cohesive decorating concept is thoughtfully developed to guide every decision throughout the project. From color palettes and furniture layouts to décor, textures, and finishing touches, every element is selected to create a comfortable, inviting, and elevated environment that reflects the purpose and personality of the space. The Curated Sourcing Phase Furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork, textiles, decorative accessories, bedding, kitchen essentials, and other functional or finishing elements are carefully selected based on your approved decorating plan. Every selection balances beauty, comfort, durability, and functionality while remaining aligned with your approved project budget. Product and furnishing costs are billed separately and require client approval prior to ordering. The Installation & Styling Once furnishings arrive, every room is professionally arranged with intentional furniture placement, layered textiles, artwork, lighting, decorative accessories, and functional finishing touches to create a polished, cohesive, and welcoming environment. For Airbnb, vacation rental, and other guest accommodations, we thoughtfully style the property to create an inviting experience that photographs beautifully and feels comfortable for guests. The Final Reveal Before project completion, every detail is carefully reviewed to ensure the space is beautifully presented, thoughtfully appointed, and ready to serve its intended purpose—whether welcoming Airbnb guests, supporting your business, providing comfortable corporate housing, or creating an elevated experience for clients, customers, and visitors. The Experience Luxury and Bliss® provides a personalized decorating experience designed to help your space leave a lasting impression. Every project is approached with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating beautiful environments where people feel comfortable, inspired, and welcome. Service Details & Project Logistics **Cleaning Coordination** Professional cleaning services are not included. However, Luxury and Bliss® may coordinate trusted cleaning professionals before installation or following project completion when appropriate. Cleaning services are billed separately by the trusted cleaning professional and vary based on the property's size and condition. **Delivery & Installation Coordination** Luxury and Bliss® coordinates furniture deliveries and works alongside trusted delivery teams and installation professionals to ensure furnishings are placed according to the approved decorating plan. Large-scale construction, electrical work, mounted fixtures, plumbing, or carpentry services are not performed by Luxury and Bliss® and are contracted separately with licensed professionals. **Sourcing & Product Procurement** Furniture, décor, artwork, textiles, bedding, kitchen accessories, decorative accents, and other furnishings are thoughtfully curated to complement the property's style, intended use, and overall experience. For Airbnb and vacation rental properties, selections may also prioritize guest comfort, durability, easy maintenance, and visual appeal. All furnishings and products are client-funded and require approval before purchasing. Product availability and shipping timelines may affect project scheduling. **Professional Coordination** When additional services are needed, Luxury and Bliss® collaborates with a trusted network of painters, installers, cleaners, handypersons, photographers, and other professionals to help prepare and complete the space. All third-party services are independently contracted and billed directly by the provider. **Service Scope** Luxury and Bliss® provides professional interior decorating and styling services for residential and commercial spaces, including Airbnb properties, vacation rentals, short-term rentals, mid-term rentals, corporate housing, offices, and other business environments. We do not provide licensed interior design, architectural services, remodeling, construction, engineering, permitting, or technical design documentation. Our focus is creating thoughtfully decorated spaces through beauty, comfort, functionality, and intentional styling—whether the goal is to welcome guests, elevate a rental property, support a business, or create a memorable experience for clients and customers.
