Whether you're preparing a new short-term rental, refreshing an existing property, or furnishing corporate housing, we evaluate the space and develop a decorating strategy designed to create a welcoming, memorable guest experience. The 60-minute consultation investment is $150 and is fully credited toward your selected decorating service upon booking. The Preparation Following your consultation, we assess your property's needs, establish the decorating direction, define furnishing priorities, and create a customized plan that aligns with your budget, timeline, guest profile, and overall aesthetic. The Design Direction A cohesive decorating concept is thoughtfully developed to guide every decision throughout the project. From color palettes and furniture layouts to décor, textures, and finishing touches, every element is selected to create a comfortable, inviting, and elevated hospitality experience. The Curated Sourcing Phase Furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork, bedding, linens, decorative accessories, kitchen essentials, and guest-focused amenities are carefully selected based on your approved decorating plan. Every selection balances beauty, comfort, durability, and functionality while remaining aligned with your approved project budget. Product and furnishing costs are billed separately and require client approval prior to ordering. The Installation & Styling Once furnishings arrive, every room is professionally arranged with intentional furniture placement, layered textiles, artwork, lighting, decorative accessories, and carefully selected guest amenities to create a polished, functional, and welcoming environment. The Guest-Ready Reveal Before project completion, every detail is carefully reviewed to ensure the property is beautifully presented, thoughtfully appointed, and fully prepared to welcome its first guest with confidence. The Experience Luxury and Bliss® provides a confidential, personalized decorating experience designed to help your property leave a lasting impression. Every project is approached with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating beautiful spaces where guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home. Service Details & Project Logistics Cleaning Coordination Professional cleaning services are not included. However, Luxury and Bliss® may coordinate trusted cleaning professionals before installation or following project completion to ensure the property is guest-ready. Cleaning services are billed separately by the trusted cleaning professional and vary based on the property's size and condition. Delivery & Installation Coordination Luxury and Bliss® coordinates furniture deliveries and works alongside trusted delivery teams and installation professionals to ensure every furnishing is placed according to the approved decorating plan. Large-scale construction, electrical work, mounted fixtures, plumbing, or carpentry services are not performed by Luxury and Bliss® and are contracted separately with licensed professionals. Sourcing & Product Procurement Furniture, décor, artwork, textiles, bedding, kitchen accessories, decorative accents, and essential guest furnishings are thoughtfully curated to complement your property's style and guest experience. All furnishings and products are client-funded and require approval before purchasing. Product availability and shipping timelines may affect project scheduling. Professional Coordination When additional services are needed, Luxury and Bliss® collaborates with a trusted network of painters, installers, cleaners, handypersons, photographers, and other hospitality-related professionals to help prepare your property for guests. All third-party services are independently contracted and billed directly by the provider. Service Scope Luxury and Bliss® provides professional interior decorating and styling services exclusively. We do not provide licensed interior design, architectural services, remodeling, construction, engineering, permitting, or technical design documentation. Our focus is creating thoughtfully decorated short-term rentals, mid-term rentals, and corporate housing that deliver an elevated guest experience through beauty, comfort, functionality, and intentional styling.
