Processing Time

All products are made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production.

During holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After processing, U.S. orders typically arrive within:

3–7 business days

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship with:

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

The carrier is chosen based on the destination and product type.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders of $100 or more.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may not ship to PO Boxes (depending on carrier restrictions)

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery.

Order Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Luxury & Bliss® is not liable for lost or stolen items.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
