Shipping Policy

* Due to custom-made orders, shipping times may be up to 2 to 3 weeks. 

SHIP METHODS

We offer free economy shipping on all orders $100 + in the U.S. 

The following shipping options are available for select eligible regions:

UPS Economy. $7.50 + to FREE on orders $100 +

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING​ 

We are currently unable to ship internationally.

MILITARY SHIPPING 

We are currently unable to ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. 

 

SHIPPING TIMES

 

Delays ~ Due to custom-made orders, order times may be extended and shipping may take 2 to 3 weeks. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and thank you kindly for your patience.​

 

PROCESS

 

Once an order is placed it is then custom-made, quality-assured, packed, and shipped. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the order to be custom-made, packaged, quality-assured, and delivered to USPS. The order is then shipped via USPS. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online and contact (USPS) directly for an update. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped from USPS.

 

*Orders placed on the weekends or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day​​.

Return & Exchange Policy

Luxury and Bliss™ Faith Apparel are custom-made orders and cannot be canceled once they are placed.

Due to the customization of all designs and on-demand printing, all items purchased are final sales, therefore, we are unable to return, exchange, or refund any of these items. 

* For any custom designs or printing concerns made on our behalf, return/exchanges will be taken into consideration hassle-free. If the product you received is deemed defective your order will be eligible for an exchange only in the same size, color, and design of the original item for any 'unworn' product.

 

* We have a100% satisfaction guarantee and will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.
