Return & Exchange Policy

At Luxury & Bliss®, every item is custom-made to order. Because of this personalized production process, most purchases are final sale. However, we are committed to making things right if an issue occurs with your order.

Please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Final Sale Policy

All Luxury & Bliss® products are created on demand.
For this reason:

  • Most items are final sale

  • Orders cannot be canceled once submitted

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse

Please review size charts, product descriptions, and details before placing your order.

 

2. Exchanges for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We gladly replace items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, color, or design)

Replacements are provided for the same item only (same design, size, and color).

Refunds are not issued unless required by law.

 

3. Exchange Request Window

To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible.

 

4. How to Request a Replacement

To file a replacement request, please submit the following through our contact form:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of:

    • The full item

    • The issue (damage, defect, or incorrect features)

    • The packing slip (if available)

We will review your request within 24–48 hours.

 

5. Return Instructions (If Required)

If your request is approved, we will provide:

  • The appropriate return address

  • Instructions for returning the item (if needed)

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Please do not return any items without approval, as they may not qualify for a replacement.

 

6. Replacement Processing

Once we’ve reviewed your request:

  • The issue will be verified

  • A replacement will be processed

  • Your new item will be shipped at no additional cost

We do not process monetary refunds unless legally required or if a replacement is not available.

 

7. Items That Do Not Qualify

We cannot offer replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout

  • Preference changes or buyer’s remorse

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Requests submitted after 14 days

  • Unauthorized returns
