Experience a fully curated event designed to elevate your property and leave a lasting impression on guests. Luxury and Bliss plans, designs, coordinates, and manages every detail with a seamless, polished approach—so you can focus on hosting, networking, and showcasing your space.
While our specialty is refined property events such as broker previews and sunset tours,
we also warmly welcome select private gatherings, community events, and church events. Each experience is thoughtfully tailored with elevated catering, entertainment, décor, linens, and custom details to create a polished, turnkey presentation.

A tailored concept is then developed with curated design direction, vendor coordination, and a clear plan to highlight the property and guest experience.
On-site, the vision is brought to life through intentional layout, flow, and atmosphere, creating an environment that feels elevated, seamless, and purposeful.
On event day, white-glove execution ensures everything is managed with precision and discretion, so you can focus on hosting, connecting, and showcasing your space.

THE PROCESS
The Private Consultation Every corporate, property, or private event begins with a thoughtful on-site consultation to assess your space, understand your audience, and define your event vision and goals. This walkthrough allows us to develop a clear production direction tailored to your experience. The 60-minute consultation investment is $150 and is fully credited toward your selected event service upon booking. The Preparation Following your consultation, we develop a detailed event plan outlining concept direction, logistics, vendor requirements, and overall production flow. The Event Design Plan We create a customized event blueprint that includes a curated mood direction, layout strategy, and experiential design plan tailored to your property, brand, or celebration. The Vendor Curation Phase We source, coordinate, and manage a refined team of event professionals including catering, florals, entertainment, rentals, and specialty vendors aligned with your event vision. All vendors are selected based on availability, quality, and alignment with the approved event concept. The Event Execution We oversee full event production from setup through breakdown, including vendor coordination, timeline management, guest flow, and on-site execution to ensure a seamless experience. The Experience We provide discreet, highly professional, and detail-focused execution with full oversight of the event environment from start to finish. Service Details & Project Logistics Social & Private Events In addition to corporate and property events, Luxury and Bliss® also produces private and social experiences including intimate gatherings, celebrations, and curated luxury events. Cleaning Coordination Pre- and post-event cleaning services are not included in planning or production fees. However, Luxury and Bliss® may coordinate trusted cleaning professionals when required to prepare or restore the space. Cleaning services are billed separately and vary based on scope and property size. Event Styling & Layout Execution We do not provide permanent installations or structural modifications. Event environments are created using existing furnishings, premium rentals, and curated décor elements to enhance flow, functionality, and guest experience. Sourcing & Event Production Elements We manage sourcing and coordination for event elements including décor, florals, table settings, specialty rentals, lighting, and custom design features. All vendor, rental, floral, and production costs are separate from service fees and must be approved and paid prior to the event date. Vendor Management & Professional Partners Luxury and Bliss® collaborates with a vetted network of professionals including caterers, bartenders, entertainers, florists, servers, valet teams, and rental companies. All vendors are coordinated as part of your event plan but are contracted and billed directly through each provider. Permitting, Insurance & Compliance We coordinate event requirements including permits, HOA regulations, venue rules, noise restrictions, parking logistics, and licensed alcohol service compliance when applicable through certified vendors. Event Scope Event planning and production services focus on design, coordination, and execution. Luxury and Bliss® does not provide catering, entertainment, or vendor services directly. Our role is to design and manage the event experience while ensuring seamless coordination between all participating professionals.
