The Staging Strategy We design a customized staging approach focused on highlighting key selling features, improving flow, and enhancing the property’s visual appeal for showings, photography, and marketing. The Curation Furniture, lighting, artwork, and decorative elements are carefully selected and coordinated to create a cohesive, elevated, and market-ready presentation. All furnishings and staging materials are selected based on the approved staging plan and may include rental pieces when required. The Transformation We execute thoughtful furniture placement, spatial arrangement, and refined styling to enhance flow, scale, and emotional appeal throughout the property. The Experience We provide discreet, professional, and stress-free service with guidance throughout the staging process from preparation through final installation. Delivery & Installation Coordination Luxury and Bliss® coordinates trusted delivery teams and installation professionals for furniture, artwork, and staging elements when required. All delivery, installation, and labor-related fees are billed separately and vary based on project scope and vendor requirements. Furniture & Staging Assets We manage staging design direction, sourcing coordination, and logistics planning for all furniture, décor, artwork, and styling elements. Staging may include rental furniture and accessories depending on whether the property is occupied or vacant. All rental and product costs are separate from service fees and are billed directly to the client or through approved vendors. Professional Coordination Luxury and Bliss® collaborates with a curated network of trusted professionals—including cleaners, painters, movers, installers, and property support teams—to ensure a seamless staging execution when additional services are required. All third-party services are independently contracted and billed directly by the provider. Service Scope Home staging is a strategic marketing service designed to prepare a property for sale, photography, and showings. Luxury and Bliss® does not provide architectural design, remodeling, construction, or engineering services. Our focus is creating visually compelling, market-ready spaces that enhance perceived value, attract buyers, and elevate presentation.
